The actual sewing of the project is simple and straight forward.
For random piecing, this goes quick and easy. If you are wanting to do ombre' or a certain order of flower color- it takes a little time to plan and organize where the placement will be.
Not hard. Just time.
Requirements:
6 fat quarters for petals (for more variety in petals add an additional 4 fat eights. optional. not needed to make quilt)
*4 fat 1/8ths- black for checkerboard centers
*4 fat 1/8ths - grey for checkerboard centers
*1/2 yard light cream/gray for checkerboard centers
2- 1/4 yards background
2 yards border
3/4 yard binding
Finished quilt measures 61 3/4" square
