The idea for this quilt is for the bright, warm sunny center to blend gradually into the cool shadows of the border, like walking from a patch of sunlight into the cool shade of the woods. Some bits of light will pop up in the dark areas to imitate dappled sunlight. Fat Quarter firendly!
